Terms of sale
These terms apply to every lesson or outing booked. Booking implies acceptance.
Subject
Alpine ski instruction and off-piste guiding, provided on an individual basis by an instructor holding a French State Diploma and a valid professional licence.
Booking
Bookings are made by phone, message or email. A booking is firm once I confirm it in writing, stating the date, time, meeting point and applicable rate.
Cancellation by the client
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the session starts. After that the session is payable, except in case of injury or illness supported by a medical certificate.
Cancellation by the instructor
If the domain closes, if weather or snow conditions are dangerous, or if I am unable to attend, the session is rescheduled by agreement with you, or refunded in full. No further compensation may be claimed.
Safety and liability
The client undertakes to follow the instructions given and to declare any health condition that could affect skiing. Helmets are compulsory for minors and strongly recommended for everyone. I accept no liability where instructions are deliberately disregarded.
Insurance
My professional liability is insured. It is your responsibility to hold personal insurance covering rescue, search and repatriation costs, particularly for off-piste outings.
Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action; failing that, the courts of Haute-Savoie have jurisdiction.
